PYROLYSIS TURN-KEY PROJECT

• 

  Our scope of supply and services is based on the provisions of "ICC Model Contract for Turnkey Supply of an Industrial Plant"

  Design, engineering, and procurement of the pyrolysis system components are the main project stages done in-house. We also use built infrastructure of key business alliances, including the preferred equipment vendors, to supply the components parts of the pyrolysis plant.

pyrolysis Project initiation

• Details of the delivery package are discussed with the customer to finalize the design specifications and scope of work
• in accordance with Incoterms our standard delivery conditions are either EXW or FCA (optionally) FOB. As option we can facilitate shipment to the destination
• Depending on the nature of the pyrolysis project, its size and complexity the required subcontractors are determined and the detailed schedule of the pyrolysis project is created
• We can assist in preparing application for permits

• Customer can also order a feasibility study

• Process design calculations
• Mechanical design

• Loading diagram, preliminary arrangement drawing







pyrolysis Equipment fabrication & procurement

• Submission of purchasing orders for materials
• Submission of purchasing orders for equipment components and standard equipment

• Fabrication of the pyrolysis equipment







Factory acceptance testing (FAT)

FAT usually takes place at the designated workshop(s)

• Verification by the customer that the system is designed and built to fulfil the purpose and the requirements specified in the contract
• FAT protocol conclusion
• Possibly remaining work or defects are to be specified in this protocol and are to be eliminated by us
• Equipment ready for shipment
• Taking Over Of The Goods takes place; the risk of loss or damage is with the customer
• Finalizing of the supplied documentation including manual, drawaing and sub-suppliers documentation

• Equipment transportation to packing facility
• Customs formalities if required

• Equipment ready for shipment to the destination and shipment (OPTIONAL)







spareparts supply

• Submission of the recommended list of spare and wear parts to the customer for approval
• Finalizing list of spare and wear parts and the required budget
• Concluding a separate contract with conditions of supply

pyrolysis unit construction and commissioning: on-site assistance

Scope of on-site assistance specified in the contract

• Assistance during equipment erection phase
• SAT (Site Acceptance Testing)

• Assistance during test run







pyrolysis Project closure

• After erection and commissioning the operational risk, operational responsibility and maintenance of the plant are by the customer
• The final inspection is certified by an acceptance report of the customer, jointly signed
• Project closure
